A Different Way to Rebuild

Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Neither does becoming who you're meant to be.

The Hive was created for women who are rebuilding after divorce, loss, burnout, career changes, empty nesting, identity shifts, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

It's a place where you can return each month, not because something is wrong with you, but because growth is easier when it's shared.

Come exactly as you are. Leave a little more connected to yourself and to others.

What You'll Experience

Every month, we gather.

We slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters. Each gathering may include:

i

Guided Somatic Practices

Real practices in the body, where the shifts actually happen.

ii

Authentic Conversation

Honest talk with women who understand the ground you're standing on.

iii

Journaling

Prompts that take you past what you already know about yourself.

iv

Meditation

Stillness, held together, so it lasts longer than the room.

v

Gentle Movement

Nothing to perform. Just your body, allowed to move how it needs to.

vi

Seasonal Themes

Each gathering meets the season you're in, inside and out.

vii

Community Connection

The women beside you become the reason the work sticks.

No performance. No pressure. Just space to be human.

Why "The Hive"

Every bee contributes.

A hive is alive because every bee contributes. No one carries the weight alone.

The Hive or REBUILD?

Two different kinds of support.

Both are done in community. They ask different things of you, and they do different work.

Ongoing

The Hive Collective

A place to return to.

  • No start date, no end date. Come each month, for as long as it serves you.
  • In person, in Auburn, on a Sunday afternoon.
  • Come exactly as you are. Nothing to prepare, nothing to keep up with.
  • $55 a month, or $22 to drop in once.

For the woman who needs people around her while she keeps going.

8 Weeks

REBUILD

A season of focused work.

  • A closed cohort with a start and a finish. Dates TBA for winter 2026.
  • Online, with weekly 90-minute live calls.
  • A structured arc: see the pattern, interrupt it, rebuild. Work between sessions.
  • $333 for the founding cohort.

Many women do both.

You don't have to rebuild your life by yourself.

There is a place waiting for you. Welcome to The Hive.
